To be able to see EVERYTHING related to your child's camp (from their registration to the social network), you first need to add them to your account as a family member.

To do this, go to http://campapp.app/sign-in and create your account or log in if you already have one.

Go to the "My Family" section, click on "New Family Member", and enter your child's details to create their profile. Don't forget to press the green "Save" button! Repeat this process for each child.

IMPORTANT! Your children's name, surname, and date of birth must match those in the registration to be correctly linked.

Your children are now added to your account, and you can view their profile and access their camps both from the website and the mobile app!

Our team will be happy to assist you and provide the necessary support to complete your registration successfully.

It is ideal to submit your application as soon as possible to have access to a greater variety of camps and to make it easier for us to accommodate your preferences. We accept applications up to a few weeks before camp, as long as there are still spots available for the season.

To encourage campers' independence, we do not allow phone calls or visits from parents during their stay. The camp offers an excellent opportunity for children to make new friends, gain confidence, and learn new responsibilities. We believe that campers adapt better and enjoy the experience more if they do not have direct contact with their parents while they are here, allowing them to fully concentrate on all the activities and experiences that the camp offers.

Sharing a teepee can have both positive and negative aspects. Sometimes, friends who share a space tend to stay in their "comfort zone," which prevents them from meeting other campers and making new friends. However, if it’s your child’s first time at L'Arcada and you think they might need some extra support, parents can submit a written request to consider the possibility of both campers sharing a teepee. Please note that we cannot guarantee that requests will be accepted, as we organize placements with the best interest of all campers in mind and promote the key values of our program.

No, campers are not required to bring extra money. All field trips, activities, and meals are included in the tuition, and there is nothing at camp that campers need to spend money on.

To register and manage EVERYTHING related to the Family Camp (from registration to practical information), you first need to request the exclusive registration link.

To do this, send an email to info@larcada.org stating that you want to register for the Family Camp. Within a few days, you will receive a link to sign up on the CampApp platform.

💻 STEP 1: Create your CampApp account

When you receive the link, go to http://campapp.app/sign-in and create your account or log in if you already have one from previous camps.

👤 STEP 2: Register the first legal guardian

The first step must be completed by a legal guardian of the family.

• Fill out the entire online registration for the legal guardian.

• Once completed, a unique registration code will be generated.✍️ Save this code! The other family members will need it to link their registrations.

👨‍👩‍👧 STEP 3: Register the rest of the family

Each family member (adults or children) must be registered one by one.

🚸 IMPORTANT: If they are minors, a legal guardian must always complete the registration on their behalf.

When filling out the form:

• Enter the registration code of the first legal guardian in the designated field to correctly link the family registration.

• Fill in the personal details and save the registration.

🔄 Repeat this step for each family member.

🚨 IMPORTANT!

The name, surname, and date of birth of all family members must match EXACTLY across all registrations to avoid errors in linking.

Once the entire family is registered and properly linked using the legal guardian's code, you’ll be able to manage and view all camp information through the website or the mobile app.
